摘　　要：将80名儿科住培医师随机分为Mini组和SOAP融合组,分别采用不同的教学方法,通过病历书写、沟通、人文关怀等进行教学效果评价,并调查师生的满意度情况,以探索SOAP病例分析法与Mini-CEX的交叉融合在儿科住培医师培训中的应用效果。研究结果证实,SOAP病例分析法融合Mini-CEX可提高住培医师的临床思维能力、沟通技能、人文关怀等多方面的临床诊疗能力,可作为现阶段实用且高效的方法应用于临床教学。80 pediatric residency physicians were randomly divided into Mini group and SOAP Integrated group.Different teaching methods were used to evaluate the teaching effect through medical record writing,communication,humanistic care,etc.,and the satisfaction of teachers and students was investigated to explore the application effect of the junction integration of SOAP case analysis method and Mini-CEX in pediatric residency physicians training.The research results confirm that the SOAP case analysis method combined with Mini-CEX can improve the clinical thinking ability,communication skills,humanistic care and other clinical diagnosis and treatment abilities of residency physicians in training,which can be applied to clinical teaching as a practical and efficient method at this stage.
