摘 要:目的探讨虚拟仿真实训在结肠造口护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法将2021级高职护理专业2个班学生分为实验组(n=47)与对照组(n=46),对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用虚拟仿真实训进行教学。结果实验组理论得分、技能得分、自主学习能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);82.98%的学生认为在结肠造口护理实践教学中应用虚拟仿真实训有助于培养临床思维能力。结论在结肠造口护理实践教学中应用虚拟仿真实训可以提高护生的期末考试成绩、自主学习能力和临床思维能力,促进护理实践教学质量的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation training in practical teaching of colostomy nursing.Methods Two classes of Grade 2021 nursing students in higher vocational education were divided into an experimental group(n=47)and a control group(n=46).The control group received traditional teaching model,while the experimental group received virtual simulation training.Results The theoretical score,skill score,and self-taught ability score of the experimental group were all higher than those in control group(P<0.05).82.98%of students believe that applying virtual simulation training in practical teaching of colostomy nursing can help to cultivate clinical thinking ability.Conclusion The application of virtual simulation training in practical teaching of colostomy nursing can improve the final exam scores,self-taught ability,and clinical thinking ability of nursing students,and promote the improvement of nursing practice teaching quality.
