医学院校创业创新教育育人效果及优化路径研究

摘　　要：目的高等医学院校面对不同社会需求,需加强“双创”教育,培养具有创业创新意识的高层次复合型医学人才。方法面向400名医学生进行问卷调查,对调查所得数据进行统计学分析。结果有62.5%的医学生参与过创业创新活动,有参与创业创新活动意向的有363人(93.3%)。就读院校层次较高或接受过创业创新教育的医学生参与创业创新活动人数比例更高(P<0.05)。结论医学生创业创新活动参与情况受到医学生是否接受创业创新教育、就读院校层次的影响。鼓励医学生创业创新,需要优化创业创新教育模式,提升专业教师队伍质量,搭建相应的实训平台。Objective Advanced medical colleges need to strengthen"entrepreneurship and innovation"education and cultivate high-level composite medical personnel with entrepreneurial and innovative consciousness in response to different social needs.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 medical students,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results 62.5%of medical students had participated in entrepreneurship and innovation activity,and 363 medical students(93.3%)had intention to participate in entrepreneurship and innovation activity.The proportion of medical students with higher academic level or who have received entrepreneurship and innovation education participating in entrepreneurship and innovation activity is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The participation of medical students in entrepreneurship and innovation activity is encouraged by whether medical students accept entrepreneurship and innovation education and the level of colleges they attend or not.Encouraging medical students'entrepreneurship and innovation needs to optimize the entrepreneurship and innovation education model,improve the quality of professional teachers,and build a corresponding platform for practical training.
