职中学生父母教养方式与抑郁的关系:网络成瘾的中介作用和性别的调节作用

摘　　要：目的探究父母教养方式、抑郁、网络成瘾在职中学生群体中呈现的关系,研究网络成瘾、性别在父母教养方式与抑郁中的作用,为有效预防和减轻职中学生网络成瘾、抑郁症状提供参考依据。方法采用横断面调查设计,2023年9月以重庆市合川、丰都、石柱3个区(县)为调查点,每个区(县)随机抽取1所职业中学,再对3所中学的学生采用父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)、抑郁自评量表(PHQ-9)、Young网络成瘾量表进行调查。通过构建一般和群组分析的结构方程模型探讨变量之间的关系。结果职中学生父母积极教养方式得分为(94.52±23.04)分,消极教养方式得分为(34.49±7.91)分,男生的父母积极教养方式、消极教养方式得分均高于女生(P<0.05)。职中学生抑郁症状检出率为33.60%,女生抑郁症状检出率高于男生(P<0.05),职中学生网络成瘾检出率为42.03%,男生网络成瘾检出率高于女生(P<0.05)。职中学生父母积极教养方式与抑郁、网络成瘾均呈负相关(P<0.01),父母消极教养方式与抑郁、网络成瘾均呈正相关(P<0.01)。网络成瘾在父母积极和消极教养方式与抑郁关系中均起部分中介作用。性别对网络成瘾在父母积极和消极教养方式与抑郁关系中起调节作用。结论网络成瘾在职中学生父母教养方式与抑郁症状关系中起部分中介效应;在父母教养方式通过中介变量——网络成瘾对抑郁的间接关系中,性别具有调节作用。学校和家长可采取积极教养方式,针对不同性别,提供更多的情感支持和理解,以降低职中学生发生网络成瘾和抑郁症状的风险。Objective To explore the relationship among parenting style,depression,and internet addiction among secondary vocational students,and to investigate the roles of internet addiction and gender in parenting style and depression,so as to provide reference for effectively preventing and alleviating symptoms of internet addiction and depression among secondary vocational students.Methods A cross-sectional survey design was adopted.In September 2023,three districts(counties)of Hechuan,Fengdu,and Shizhu in Chongqing City were selected as survey subjects.One secondary vocational school was randomly selected from each district(county),and the students from the three secondary vocational schools were surveyed with the Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),and Young Internet Addiction Scale.The structural equation model of general and group analysis was constructed to explore the relationship among them.Results The scores for positive parenting styles and negative parenting styles of secondary vocational students were(94.52±23.04)score and(34.49±7.91)score,respectively.The scores for positive and negative parenting styles of boys were higher than girls'(P<0.05).The detection rate of depression symptoms among secondary vocational students is 33.60%,and the detection rate of depression symptoms among girls is higher than that of boys(P<0.05).The detection rate of internet addiction among secondary vocational students is 42.03%,and the detection rate of internet addiction among boys is higher than girls(P<0.05).The positive parenting style of secondary vocational students'was negatively correlation with depression and Internet addiction(P<0.01),and the negative parenting style was positively correlation with depression and Internet addiction(P<0.01).Internet addiction played a partial mediating role in the relationship between positive and negative parenting styles and depression.Gender plays a moderating role in the relationship between positive and negative parenting styles and depr
