摘 要:目的了解护理本科生述情障碍、反思洞察力和心理韧性现状,并分析反思洞察力和心理韧性对述情障碍的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,于2024年5—7月选取江西省某高校244名护理本科生,采用一般资料调查表、多伦多述情障碍量表、自我反思与洞察力量表和青少年心理韧性量表对其进行问卷调查。结果244名护理本科生述情障碍总分为(57.27±9.43)分,反思洞察力总分为(78.02±10.44)分,心理韧性总分为(87.60±10.40)分;护理本科生反思洞察力总分和心理韧性总分与述情障碍总分均呈负相关(r分别为-0.609和-0.509,P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,反思洞察力和心理韧性可独立预测述情障碍41.6%的变异。结论反思洞察力和心理韧性是护理本科生述情障碍的影响因素,高校护理教育者和管理者应针对提高学生反思洞察力和心理韧性采取相应措施,进而预防或控制护理本科生述情障碍的发生发展。Objective To learn the status of alexithymia,reflective insight and psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates,and to analyze the impact of reflective insight and psychological resilience on alexithymia.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,244 nursing undergraduates from a college in Jiangxi Province were selected from May to July 2024,and investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,Toronto Alexithymia Scale,Self-reflection and Insight Scale and Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale.Results The total score of 244 nursing undergraduates with alexithymia was(57.27±9.43)score,the total score of reflective insight was(78.02±10.44)score,and the total score of psychological resilience was(87.60±10.40)score;the total scores of reflective insight and psychological resilience of nursing undergraduates were negatively correlated with the total score of alexithymia(r=-0.609 and-0.509,respectively,P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that reflective insight and psychological resilience could independently predict 41.6%of the variation of alexithymia.Conclusion Reflective insight and psychological resilience are the influencing factors of alexithymia of nursing undergraduates.Nursing educators in colleges and administrators should take corresponding measures to improve students'reflective insight and psychological resilience,so as to prevent or command the occurrence and development of alexithymia of nursing undergraduates.
