摘  要:为分析微生物检验技术在南京市某地区近3年生活饮用水中的应用效果,选取2021年1月至2024年5月期间南京市某地区送检的315份生活饮用水样本作为实验分析对象,采用多管发酵法和滤膜法分析微生物检验技术的应用效果。实验结果表明,多管发酵法对总大肠菌群、杂菌的检出率略高于滤膜法,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);多管发酵法对耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌的检出率高于滤膜法,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。多管发酵法对生活饮用水中微生物的检测效果更好,尤其是耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌。To analyze the application effect of microbiological test technology in drinking water in a district of Nanjing over the last three years.A total of 315 drinking water samples from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the experimental analysis objects,and the application effect of microbial testing technology was analyzed by multi-tube fermentation method and filter membrane method.The experimental results showed that the detection rate of total coliform bacteria and miscellaneous bacteria by multi-tube fermentation was slightly higher than that of the membrane filtration method,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the detection rate of heat-resistant coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli was better than that of the filter method(P<0.05).The multi-tube fermentation method has a better effect on the detection of microorganisms in drinking water,especially heat-resistant coliforms and Escherichia coli.
