摘 要:建立了一种农产品中阿维菌素残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱定量分析方法。通过优化仪器条件,解决检测限高、灵敏度低、标准曲线线性差等问题。本方法测得阿维菌素在0.005~0.200 mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内呈现的线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.999 13。在0.01、0.05、0.10 mg·kg^(-1)3种加标浓度下,平均加标回收率在83.5%~97.1%,相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)在1.1%~3.7%,符合测定要求,可用于农产品中阿维菌素残留的分析。A quantitative analysis method for avermectin residues in agricultural products using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was established.By optimizing instrument conditions,problems such as high detection limits,low sensitivity,and linear deviation of standard curves can be solved.This method shows a good linear relationship with avermectin in the concentration range of 0.005 mg·L^(-1) to 0.200 mg·L-1,with a correlation coefficient of R=0.99913.At three spiked mass concentrations of 0.01,0.05,and 0.10 mg·kg-1,the average spiked recovery rate ranged from 83.5%to 97.1%,relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.1%to 3.7%,meets the testing requirements and can be used for the analysis of avermectin residues in agricultural products.
