摘 要:目的:建立气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定茶叶中11种农药残留的方法。方法:采用乙腈萃取待测组分,萃取液经过旋转蒸发浓缩至1 m L左右;固相萃取净化后,样品经过DB-17MS毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,质谱选择离子监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果:用本法抽查了市场上购买的按照常规加工方法制备的绿茶共56件,14组样品中有13组共37件样品中检出联苯菊酯,含量范围在0.011~1.600 mg·kg^(-1);11组共22件样品中检出氯氟氰菊酯,含量范围在0.016 1~0.213 0 mg·kg^(-1);2组共3件样品中检出甲氰菊酯,含量范围在0.104~0.158 mg·kg^(-1);8组共11件样品中检出氯氰菊酯,含量范围在0.040~0.661 mg·kg^(-1);1组样品中检出三氯杀螨醇0.617 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:气相色谱-质谱联用检测技术对茶叶基质中11种目标农药残留的检测在准确度、精密度、检出限及定量限等关键参数上均符合方法学要求,该方法灵敏度高、特异性强,可为茶叶质量安全监管提供可靠的多残留同步检测技术支撑。Objective:A method for determination of 11 pesticide residues in tea by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.Method:The components to be tested were extracted by acetonitrile,and the extraction liquid was concentrated to about 1 mL by rotary evaporation.After solid phase extraction,the samples were separated by DB-17MS capillary column,detected by ion monitoring mode selected by mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.Result:A total of 56 green tea samples prepared by conventional processing methods were sampled with this method.Among 14 groups of green tea samples,13 groups of 37 samples were found to contain bifenthrin,with the content ranging from 0.011 mg·kg^(-1) to 1.600 mg·kg^(-1).Cyhalothrin was detected in 22 samples from 11 groups,and the content ranged from 0.0161 mg·kg^(-1) to 0.2130 mg·kg^(-1).Cypermethrin was detected in 3 samples from 2 groups,and the content ranged from 0.104 mg·kg^(-1) to 0.158 mg·kg^(-1).Cypermethrin was detected in 11 samples from 8 groups,and the content ranged from 0.040 mg·kg^(-1) to 0.661 mg·kg^(-1).Dicofol 0.617 mg·kg^(-1) was detected in group 1 samples.Conclusion:The detection technology of 11 target pesticide residues in tea matrix by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry met the methodological requirements in terms of accuracy,precision,detection limit and quantitative limit.The method has high sensitivity and strong specificity,and can provide reliable multiresidue synchronous detection technology support for tea quality and safety supervision.
