Detection of Five Pesticide Residues in Leeks by QuEChERSGas Chromatography-Tandem Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

摘  要:本文建立了一种基于QuEChERS-气相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱的检测方法,用于分析韭菜中五氯硝基苯、毒死蜱、联苯菊酯等5种农药残留。以阴性韭菜为基质,有效排除了基质干扰,消除了外在因素对检测结果的影响。样品经1.0%甲酸酸化的乙腈溶液提取,并采用QuEChERS法进行净化处理,气质联用仪检测。结果表明,5种农药在5~200 ng·mL^(-1)均表现出良好的线性关系,相关系数R~2均大于0.999 0。加标回收率在82.84%~104.11%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~8.5%。该方法准确、可靠,可满足日常检测要求,适用于韭菜中农药残留检测。In this paper,a detection method based on QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established for the analysis of five pesticide residues,including pentachloronitrobenzene,chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin in leeks.The negative leeks were used as the substrate,which effectively excluded the matrix interference and eliminated the influence of external factors on the test results.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile solution acidified with 1.0%formic acid,purified by QuEChERS method,and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the five pesticides showed a good linear relationship at 5~200 ng·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.9990.The recovery rate of spike was 82.84%~104.11%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.2%~8.5%.This method is accurate and reliable,which can meet the requirements of daily detection,and is suitable for the detection of pesticide residues in leeks.
