摘　　要：建立Select Core HLB-Lipid净化结合超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)测定鱼肉中多种磺胺类残留量的方法。样品经2 mL EDTA提取液和8 mL乙腈均质提取,采用增强型基质去除净化柱Select Core HLB-Lipid净化后,以UPLC-MS/MS进行定量分析。结果表明,方法线性相关系数均大于0.999 8,检出限为1.0μg·kg^(-1),定量限为2.0μg·kg^(-1),在5、25、100μg·kg^(-1) 3个添加水平下,回收率在80.9%~117.3%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~4.2%。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、回收率稳定,且检测速度快、定量准确,适用于鱼肉中多种磺胺类兽药残留量的测定。A Select Core HLB-Lipid clean-up method combined with ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was developed for the determination of multiple sulfonamide residues in fish meat.Samples were homogenized with 2 mL EDTA and 8 mL acetonitrile,cleaned up with an enhanced matrix removal clean-up column,and quantified by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the method were all greater than 0.9998,the detection limit was 1.0μg·kg^(-1),the quantitative limit was 2.0μg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate was 80.9%~117.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.2%~4.2%at the three addition levels of 5μg·kg^(-1),25μg·kg^(-1) and 100μg·kg^(-1).This method has high sensitivity,good reproducibility,stable recovery,fast detection speed and accurate quantification,and is suitable for the determination of a variety of sulfonamide veterinary drug residues in fish meat.
