金银花活性成分的功能及应用研究进展

摘　　要：金银花中主要含有有机酸类、挥发油类、多酚类、三萜皂苷类及环烯醚萜类等活性成分,经研究得知,金银花具有解热、抗炎、抗菌、保肝、降血糖、降血脂等作用。本文介绍了金银花的活性成分,总结了近年来金银花活性成分的研究进展,从金银花活性成分的生物学功能进行综述,为进一步开发其药理作用提供理论依据。Lonicera japonica Thunb. mainly contains organic acids, volatile oils, polyphenols, triterpenoidsaponins and iridoid terpenes and other active ingredients, which have the functions of antipyretic, anti-inflammatory,antibacterial, liver protection, lowering blood sugar, lowering blood lipids and so on. In this paper, the activecomponents of Lonicera japonica Thunb. were introduced, and the biological functions of active components ofLonicera japonica Thunb. were reviewed to provide theoretical basis for further development of its pharmacologicaleffects.
