以立德树人思想引领医学院校学生党建工作探析

摘　　要：探讨如何将立德树人的核心理念融入医学院校学生党建工作,以适应新时代医学教育的特点和发展需求。首先阐明了立德树人思想对立德修身、树人为本的价值追求,及其在医学生思想政治教育中的重要地位。其次分析了当前医学院校医学生党建工作中存在的主要问题,包括思想认识偏差、党建工作与专业教育脱节、工作方式陈旧及实效性不高等问题。最后提出创新发展路径,将党建工作与医学人才培养目标紧密结合,着力培养德才兼备、具有高度职业精神的医学人才,从而为医疗卫生事业持续健康发展贡献力量。This paper aims to explore how to integrate the core concept of building morality and cultivating talents into the student party building work in medical schools,in order to adapt to the characteristics and development needs of medical education in the new era.Firstly,it elucidates the value pursuit of moral cultivation and people-oriented approach in the thought of building morality and cultivating talents,as well as its important position in the ideological and political education of medical students.Subsequently,it analyzes the main problems existing in the current party building work for medical students in medical schools,including deviations in ideological understanding,disconnection between party building work and professional education,outdated working methods,and low effectiveness.Finally,it proposes innovative development paths to closely integrate party building work with the goal of medical talent cultivation,focusing on nurturing medical professionals with both moral integrity and professional competence,who possess a high degree of professional ethics,thereby contributing to the sustainable and healthy development of the medical and health care sector.
