民办应用型本科教学“3E”教学法改革研究

摘　　要：民办高校作为中国教育体系的重要组成部分,在人才培养方面起到了重要的作用。云南大学滇池学院定位培养应用型人才,聚焦新工科人才培养,以高素质应用型创新人才为培养目标。民办高校学生具有一些特点,传统的教学方法在民办应用型高校中存在诸多不适应之处。针对民办应用型高校的办学特点以及学生特点,对目前教学中存在的问题进行了分析,创新性地提出了“3E教学法”,在日常教学以及科研反哺教学中进行了应用研究,取得了一定的效果。As an important educational system in China,private universities play an important role in talent cultivation.Dianchi College of Yunnan University is positioned to cultivate applied talents,focusing on the cultivation of “new engineering” talents and aiming for the cultivation of “high-quality applied innovative talents”.Students in private universities have some unique characteristics,so traditional teaching methods have many inadequacies in applied private universities.This paper analyzes the current problems in teaching based on the characteristics of private applied universities and the characteristics of students,and innovatively proposes the “3E teaching method”.It has been applied in daily teaching and research feedback teaching,and has achieved certain results.
