克氏针体表投影定位椎间孔镜穿刺的准确性

摘  要:目的采用克氏针体表投影定位法确定在腰椎椎间孔镜倍斯技术(BEIS)入路体表穿刺点,验证克氏针体表投影定位法的准确性和时效性。方法收集2021年1月1日至2021年7月31日山东省滨州市中医医院脊柱外科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者30例,随机分为克氏针组和机器人组,从穿刺点位置的准确性、定位时间、透视次数三方面进行比较评估。结果克氏针组和机器人组穿刺点位置准确性无明显差异(P>0.05);克氏针组定位时间、透视次数、总透视时间均少于机器人组(P<0.05)。结论克氏针组在保证穿刺点位置准确的同时,可显著减少定位时间、透视次数,值得临床推广。Objective To determine the puncture point on the body surface of lumbar intervertebral foraminal mirror beis approach by Kirschner wire surface projection positioning method,and to verify the accuracy and timeliness of Kirschner wire surface projection positioning method.Methods A total of 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our department from January 1,2021 to July 31,2021 were randomly divided into the Kirschwire-wire group and the robot group.The accuracy of puncture point location,positioning time and transmission times were compared and evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in the accuracy of puncture point location between the Kirschwire-wire group and the robot group(P>0.05);The projection positioning time,fluoroscopy times and fluoroscopy time of the Kirschwire-wire group were less than those of the robot group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kirschner wire group can not only ensure the accurate location of puncture points,but also significantly reduce the positioning time and fluoroscopy times,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
