摘　　要：天然气测井试采用除砂器是目前出现的一种新装备。刚从地下开采出来的天然气含有水、泥砂和其他杂质,首先要将泥砂进行分离,否则其将对下游的设备和管线造成严重的冲蚀。同时,地下开采的天然气具有压力高、流速快、介质复杂的特点。针对这些特点,设计了一种超高压旋流除砂器,满足了测井试采的要求,对目前天然气的大规模开发,具有一定的指导意义和经济价值。Desander is a new type of equipment in the production process of natural gas.Natural gas exploited from underground contains water,sand and other impurities.Sand should be removed from natural gas fi rst as not to cause serious erosion to downstream equipment and pipelines.Meanwhile,the underground natural gas has the characteristics of high pressure,fast fl ow rate and complex medium.In view of these characteristics,an ultra-highpressure cyclone desander is designed,which meets the requirements of production process,and has certain guiding signifi cance and economic value for the current large-scale development of natural gas.
