摘　　要：在贵金属模具加工领域传统的手工制模已无法满足生产需求,当前三维扫描技术在贵金属模具设计、生产、修复、检验等方面发挥着越来越大的作用。在贵金属产品的加工制作中,精密模具可以提升新品新款精度和质量,提升产品竞争力为企业带来可观的经济效益。通过引进和应用市场上高精度的三维扫描设备,在贵金属模具生产制作过程中可以提高生产效率、降低成本、提高模具制作水平、缩短制作周期。In the field of precious metal mold processing,the traditional hand-made mold cannot meet the production needs,and the current three-dimensional scanning technology plays an increasingly important role in the design,production,repair and inspection of precious metal mold.In the processing and production of precious metal products,precision molds can improve the accuracy and quality of new products,improve product competitiveness and bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.Through the introduction and application of highprecision 3D scanning equipment in the market,the production efficiency can be improved,the cost can be reduced,the mold production level can be improved,and the production cycle can be shortened.
