摘　　要：对管理相关能力的要求贯穿于创新创业实践活动的全过程。其价值反映在我国高校的双创教育实施中,管理素养培育的内容应作为不可忽视的环节。针对目前高校双创教育中学生对于管理素养培育的认同度,以及对于具体实施现状的感知情况,研究选取了浙江某高校进行了调查,根据数据结果分析管理素养培育的实践特征与存在问题,并对后续发展路径提出建议。Requirements for management-related competencies run through the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities.Its value is reflected in the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's universities,where the cultivation of management competency should be considered as an indispensable aspect.In view of current level of students'recognition of management competency cultivation,as well as the perception of the implementation status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,the study selected a college in Zhejiang Province to conduct a survey,analyzed the practical characteristics and problems of management competency cultivation according to the data results,and made suggestions for the subsequent development paths.
