摘　　要：长江是中华民族的母亲河,沿线各族人民在长期培植、加工、运输、交易、饮用茶叶的过程中,创造、积淀、传承了丰富多姿的茶文化资源。直至今天,茶业仍是长江流域广大农村的重要民生产业。学界虽然对长江流域茶文化有较多关注,但仍然未从宏观上审视长江流域丰富的茶文化资源,缺乏对长江流域茶文化资源系统性、整体性认知,缺乏对长江流域茶文化遗产全局性、有效性保护。因此,需要充分发掘长江流域茶文化资源,认真对待长江流域茶文化遗产的保护传承和活化利用,扎实推进长江流域茶文化与茶产业、茶科技的有机融合,实现长江流域茶文化资源的多维功能价值。在乡村振兴战略背景下,长江流域要以习近平总书记“三茶统筹”重要论述为指导,把握茶文化资源有效利用与推动乡村振兴的正确方向,充分利用长江流域茶文化资源,促进广大乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织全面振兴。The Yangtze River is considered the mother river of the Chinese nation, along which people of all ethnic groups have created, accumulated and inherited rich and colorful tea culture resources in the process of cultivating, processing, transporting, trading and drinking tea for a long time. Until today, the tea industry is still an important livelihood sector in the vast rural areas of the Yangtze River Basin. Although the academic circles have paid more attention to the tea culture in the Yangtze River Basin, they still have not examined the rich tea culture resources from a macro-perspective, with a lack of the systematic understanding and the effective protection. Therefore, it is necessary to fully explore the tea culture resources in the Yangtze River Basin, take seriously the protection, inheritance and revitalization of the tea cultural heritage in the Yangtze River Basin,solidly promote the organic integration of tea culture, tea industry and tea technology in the Yangtze River Basin, and realize its multi-dimensional and functional value. Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition of "Three Tea Policies Planning" in the Yangtze River Basin, we should grasp the correct direction of the effective use of tea cultural resources and the rural revitalization strategy, make full use of the tea cultural resources of the Yangtze River Basin, and promote all-around rural revitalization of the industry, talents, culture, ecology and organization in the region.
