摘  要:在全球气候变化背景下,绿色低碳发展的重要性日益凸显。基于某新能源企业2014—2023年相关数据,系统性地探究了绿色技术创新效率的影响因素及提升策略,旨在为企业的绿色转型和可持续发展提供科学依据。研究发现:①运用数据包络分析等方法对绿色技术创新效率进行静态与动态分析,确定企业盈利能力、劳动者素质、新产品设备投入及政府补贴强度4个关键影响因素,并通过TOBIT回归分析得出以上影响因素均与企业的绿色技术创新效率呈现显著相关性。②针对以上影响因素,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法得出以下3条提升企业绿色技术创新效率的路径:自主驱动型路径通过内部优势与资源构建自主驱动绿色技术创新路径的机制;内外协同驱动型路径通过企业内部因素与外部支持协同作用提升绿色技术创新效率;内部能力与战略调整驱动型路径强调组织内部能力与战略调整的重要性。In the context of global climate change,the importance of green and low-carbon development is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the relevant data of a new energy enterprise from 2014 to 2023,this paper systematically explores the influencing factors and improvement strategies of green technology innovation efficiency,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the green transformation and sustainable development of the enterprise.The results show that:①Data envelopment analysis and other methods are used to analyze the static and dynamic efficiency of green technology innovation,and four key influencing factors are determined:enterprise profitability,labor quality,new product and equipment investment and government subsidy intensity,and the above influencing factors are significantly correlated with the green technology innovation efficiency of enterprises through Tobit regression analysis.②In view of the above influencing factors,the following three paths to improve the efficiency of enterprise green technology innovation are obtained by using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method:the self-driven path constructs the mechanism of self-driven green technology innovation path through internal advantages and resources;The internal and external synergy-driven path improves the efficiency of green technology innovation through the synergy between internal factors and external support;The internal capability and strategy alignment driven path emphasizes the importance of capability and strategy alignment within an organization.
