摘　　要：本研究报道了2019年7月1日于南昌大学第一附属医院行达芬奇Xi机器人辅助充气式纵隔镜食管癌切除术1例。患者为老年男性,因“进行性吞咽困难2个月”就诊。入院后行电子胃镜检查并取活检,活检病理提示食管鳞状细胞癌。完善术前检查后,行机器人辅助充气式纵隔镜食管癌切除术,手术顺利,手术时间共计395 min,术中失血约150 mL,术后恢复良好,患者于术后第6天顺利康复出院,术后1个月内未出现声音嘶哑、吻合口瘘等并发症。The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University conducted a Da Vinci Xi robot-assisted inflatable mediastinoscopic esophagectomy on July 1,2019.An old man with“progressive dysphagia for 2 months”arrived at the hospital.Electronic gastroscopy and biopsy were performed on the patient after admission,and the pathology revealed squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus.After completing the preoperative examination,robot-assisted inflatable mediastinoscopic esophagectomy was performed.The operation went smoothly,with a total operative time of 395 min and intraoperative blood loss of about 150 mL.The patient had a good postoperative recovery and was discharged from the hospital on the 6th day after surgery,with no complications such as hoarseness and anastomotic fistula within 1 month after surgery.
