摘　　要：近期,欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO)发布了《ESMO临床实践指南:胆道癌的管理(中期更新)》,作为其于2023年发布的《胆道癌:诊断、治疗和随访的ESMO临床实践指南》的补充更新。该中期更新主要针对原版指南发布以来,在分子诊断、临床管理等关键领域的最新循证医学证据和推荐意见进行修订,而非对指南整体内容的全面更新。本文对此次中期更新中的新增推荐意见进行了归纳与摘译。In January 2025,the European Society for Medical Oncology(ESMO)released the ESMO clinical practice guideline interim update on the management of biliary tract cancer as a supplementary update to Biliary tract cancer:ESMO clinical practice guideline for diagnosis,treatment and follow-up published in November 2022.This interim update mainly revises the latest evidence-based medical recommendations in the key fields of molecular diagnostics and clinical management since the release of the original guidelines,and it is not a comprehensive update of the entire document.This article summarizes and makes an excerpt of the new recommendations from this interim update.
