摘  要:国家战略科技人才是推动科技创新发展的关键动力,其成长特征是科技人才研究关注的重点。以1994-2022年226名从事国防科技创新活动的中国工程院院士为研究对象,对其履历信息进行编码后,采用生存分析法考察其成长特征。分析发现,国防战略科技人才在学部、年龄、成长时间方面存在差异。Kaplan-Meier分析表明,本科就读于军校和国防七子高校,以及高等教育阶段就读国防特色类高校数量越多,人才成长风险越大。Cox回归分析显示,年龄显著延长了人才成长周期,本科就读国防七子高校与获得省部级及以上科技奖项有助于加快人才成长。The growth of national strategic science and technology talents is crucial for the advancement of science and technology,and thus,their growth characteristics are a major focus to the researchers in this field.This study investigated the growth characteristics of 226 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering who have been engaged in national defense science and technology innovation activities from 1994 to 2022.Their biographical information was encoded,and survival analysis was used to analyze the data.Results of the analysis demonstrate that there are distinctions in the department,age,and growth time of the national defense strategic science and technology talents.Kaplan-Meier’s analysis indicated that the more undergraduate students attended military university and seven national defense universities,as well as the higher education stage at universities with national defense characteristics,the higher the risk of talent growth.Further,Cox regression analysis indicated that age was a significant factor in lengthening the development cycle of talents,while studying at any of the seven national defense universities and attaining provincial and ministerial level or higher science and technology awards had a positive effect on accelerating the growth of talents.
