摘  要:研究生创新能力的相关研究日益被学者重视。当前学术界对智能技术驱动的创新能力内涵尚未形成共识,并且传统的“知识—技能”二元框架也难以解释数字创新的生态化特征。科学界定创新能力内涵,是优化培养体系、提升创新人才培养精准度的逻辑基础。基于相关文献与数字转型范式,突破传统静态定义,重构研究生创新能力的内涵,继而推演得出其包含知识、技能、态度和环境四大结构要素,并对各要素之间的相互影响进行了分析。这对于深化研究生创新能力的理解、提升研究生创新能力具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。The study of postgraduate innovation capacity has been increasingly emphasised by researchers.At present,the academic community has not yet formed a consensus on the connotation of innovation ability driven by intelligent technology,and the traditional dualistic framework of‘knowledge-skill’can hardly explain the ecological characteristics of digital innovation.A scientific definition of the connotation of innovation capability is the logical basis for optimising the cultivation system and improving the accuracy of cultivating innovative talents.Based on the relevant literature and digital transformation paradigm,this study breaks through the traditional static definition and reconstructs the connotation of postgraduate innovation ability,then deduces that it contains four structural elements:knowledge,skills,attitude and environment,and analyses the mutual influence between each element.It has certain theoretical value and practical significance for deepening the understanding of postgraduate innovation ability and enhancing postgraduate innovation ability.
