数字经济赋能养老金融的内在机制与路径选择——基于扎根理论的质性研究

摘　　要：我国老龄化程度不断加深,如何应对人口老龄化已成为国家亟待解决的问题。随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,目前我国数字经济的体量稳居世界第二。数字经济如何赋能养老金融成为研究的重点。鉴于此,基于扎根理论,选取湖北省武汉市的5家机构的12位养老金融机构负责人和5位老年人进行深度访谈。研究发现,数字经济赋能养老金融发展的机制是:技术赋能养老金融发展、数字经济支撑养老金融产品创新、数字经济促进养老金融资源整合、数字经济扩大养老金融触达范围。针对质性分析结果,建议政府加强数字化基础设施建设,金融机构创新金融产品与服务,以及多方协同开展金融消费者教育活动,助力提升养老金融服务质效,促进养老产业高质量发展,提升老年人生活质量。The degree of aging in China is constantly deepening,and how to cope with population aging has become an urgent problem that the country needs to solve.With the steady growth of the digital economy,China’s digital economy currently ranks second in the world in terms of volume.How the digital economy empowers pension finance has become a research focus.In view of this,based on the grounded theory,12 senior financial executives and 5 elderly people from 5 institutions in Wuhan,Hubei Province were selected for in-depth interviews.Research has found that the mechanism by which the digital economy empowers the development of elderly care finance is:technology empowers the development of elderly care finance,the digital economy supports innovation in elderly care finance products,the digital economy promotes the integration of elderly care finance resources,and the digital economy expands the reach of elderly care finance.Based on the qualitative analysis results,it is recommended that the government strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,financial institutions innovate financial products and services,and collaborate with multiple parties to carry out financial consumer education activities,to help improve the quality and efficiency of elderly financial services,promote the high-quality development of the elderly care industry,and enhance the quality of life of the elderly.
