肛管持续减压在结肠癌肠梗阻急诊手术一期吻合中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:研究结肠癌肠梗阻急诊手术一期吻合治疗中,放置肛管持续减压的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月至2024年1月,本院收治的40例结肠癌致肠梗阻患者,根据就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上放置肛管持续减压。比较2组肛门排气时间、住院时间及并发症等。结果:观察组住院时间、下床活动时间和肛门排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌致肠梗阻患者一期吻合术中放置肛管持续减压治疗,可以降低术后并发症发生率,提升治疗效果,缩短住院和下床活动时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application value of placing an anal tube for continuous decompression in primary anastomosis treatment of emergency operation for colon cancer-induced intestinal obstruction.Methods From January 2021 to January 2024,total 40 patients with colon cancer-induced intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of visit,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic relief and supportive treatment,and the observation group placed an anal tube for continuous decompression on the basis of the control group's treatment.The anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay,out-of-bed activity time and anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Placing an anal tube for continuous decompression during primary anastomosis in patients with colon cancer-induced intestinal obstruction can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the therapeutic effect,and shorten the hospital stay and out-of-bed activity time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
