盐酸小檗碱片联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者免疫功能及安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸小檗碱片联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者免疫功能及安全性的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年2月,本院收治的60例UC患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组仅采用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组采用美沙拉嗪联合盐酸小檗碱片治疗,治疗8周后,观察比较2组疗效、免疫功能、炎症反应和安全性变化。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05),D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组腹泻改善时间、腹痛改善时间和脓便血改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪联合盐酸小檗碱片治疗UC,可显著缓解患者炎症反应,改善免疫功能,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of berberine hydrochloride tablets combined with mesalazine on immune function and safety in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Total 60 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine only,and the observation group was given mesalazine combined with berberine hydrochloride tablets.After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,immune function,inflammatory response and safety of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-8,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement time of diarrhea,abdominal pain and bloody purulent stool in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine combined with berberine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of UC can significantly relieve inflammation and improve immune function.
