摘　　要：目的:分析中性粒细胞/血小板比值(NPR)联合粪便钙卫蛋白(FC)在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)评估中的作用。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年3月,本院收治的89例UC患者作为观察组,同期89名健康体检者作为对照组。观察组经结肠镜检查证实UC活动期65例,缓解期24例。活动期临床分级:Ⅰ级19例,Ⅱ级24例,Ⅲ级22例。检测2组FC水平,并计算NPR值。比较各组FC和NPR水平和评估UC病情的效能。结果:观察组FC、NPR水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。活动期UC患者FC、NPR水平高于缓解期(P<0.05),且不同活动度UC患者的FC、NPR比较,差异显著(Ⅲ级>Ⅱ级>Ⅰ级,均P<0.05)。评估UC病情活动度时,FC和NPR联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)大于FC和NPR单独检测(P<0.05)。结论:FC联合NPR评估UC病情效能突出,应用价值高。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combining fecal calprotectin(FC)and neutrophil-to-platelet ratio(NPR)in assessing disease activity in ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 89 UC patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were enrolled as the observation group,along with 89 healthy individuals as the control group.Among UC patients,65 were confirmed by colonoscopy to be in the active phase,and 24 in remission.Active-phase patients were stratified into clinical grades:grade Ⅰ(n=19),grade Ⅱ(n=24),and grade Ⅲ(n=22).FC levels and NPR values were measured in both groups.The diagnostic performance of FC and NPR levels for evaluating UC severity was compared.Results FC and NPR levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Active-phase UC patients exhibited higher FC and NPR levels than those in remission(P<0.05),with significant differences among clinical grades(grade Ⅲ>grade Ⅱ>grade Ⅰ,all P<0.05).For assessing UC activity,the area under the curve(AUC)for the combination of FC and NPR was significantly greater than that of either marker alone(P<0.05).Conclusion FC combined with NPR is effective and valuable in the assessment of UC.
