摘  要:某医院项目位于8度区(0.20g)近断层,在主裙楼之间设置隔震缝后主楼结构仍超长,且长宽比超过了规范限值。为了提高结构的抗震性能,在地下室顶板以下的柱顶处布置摩擦摆隔震支座形成隔震层,隔震层以上部分采用混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。本文对比了摩擦摆隔震支座、叠层橡胶隔震支座+黏滞阻尼器两种隔震层设计方案,介绍了控制隔震支座拉应力的4种途径,并研究了隔震支座对超长结构温度效应的影响。分析结果表明,摩擦摆隔震结构可有效地控制上部结构的扭转效应,并且摩擦摆隔震支座方案在隔震效果、隔震层水平位移、隔震支座拉压应力控制等方面都优于橡胶隔震支座方案。同时设置隔震层后,可有效降低上部结构的温度效应。A hospital project is located in earthquake intensity 8-degree zone(0.20g)near the fault,and the structure of the main building is still super-long after the isolation joints are set between the main and annex buildings,and the length-width ratio exceeds the limit value of the code.In order to improve the seismic performance of the structure,the friction pendulum bearing is arranged on the top of the column below the basement roof to form the isolation layer,the concrete frame-shear wall structure is adopted for the structure above the isolation layer.In this paper,the design schemes of friction pendulum isolation bearing,laminated rubber isolation bearing and fluid viscous damper are compared,and four ways to control the tensile stress of bearing are introduced,the influence of isolation bearing on temperature effect of super-long structure is also studied.The analysis results show that the torsional effect of the superstructure can be effectively controlled by the friction pendulum isolation structure,the friction pendulum isolation bearing scheme of this project is superior to the rubber isolation bearing scheme in isolation effect,horizontal displacement of isolation layer and bearing tensile and compressive stress control.The temperature effect of the superstructure can be effectively reduced by setting the isolation layer.
