采用摩擦摆支座的萨莫拉大桥震害与地震易损性分析

摘  要:摩擦摆支座具有较强的自复位能力、优良的隔振和消能减震机制等优势,符合基于韧性抗震设计理念,在桥梁减隔震设计中得到越来越多的应用。特别是对于低矮桥墩的连续梁桥,采用摩擦摆支座可有效降低地震作用下桥墩的剪力反应,保护桥墩免遭剪切破坏,减小地震损失。因此,采用摩擦摆支座新型隔振体系的矮墩连续梁桥在不同强度地震作用下,各易损构件的性能表现以及损伤概率值得深入研究。本文首先对2021年遭受7.5级地震的萨莫拉大桥进行了震害调查,发现摩擦摆支座限位挡板螺栓和销轴的剪切破坏、桥台支撑垫石和垫层砂浆开裂是主要破坏模式;通过对桥墩抗弯、抗剪和支座等构件的地震易损性分析发现,采用摩擦摆支座的实体矮墩连续梁桥桥墩弯曲破坏和剪切破坏的概率很低,大震时(PGA=0.4g),支座轻微破坏的概率在30%以内,中度破坏概率低于10%,严重破坏和完全破坏概率低于2%;桥台垫石和砂浆垫层破坏不利于桥梁交通功能快速恢复,在桥梁抗震设计时应引起重视。Friction pendulum bearings have advantages such as strong self-resetting ability,excellent isolation and energy dissipation mechanisms,and are in line with the concept of resilient seismic design.They are increasingly being applied in bridge seismic isolation design.Especially for continuous beam bridges with short piers,the use of friction pendulum bearings can effectively reduce the shear response of piers under earthquake action,protect piers from shear failure,and reduce earthquake losses.The performance and damage probability of various vulnerable components of a low pier continuous beam bridge using a new type of vibration isolation system with friction pendulum bearings under different seismic intensities are worthy of in-depth research.This article first conducted a seismic damage investigation on the Zamora Bridge,which suffered a 7.5 magnitude earthquake in 2021.It was found that the main failure modes were shear failure of the limit plate bolts and pin shafts of the friction pendulum bearings,cracking of the abutment support pad stones and cushion mortar.Through seismic vulnerability analysis of bridge pier bending,shear,and support components,it was found that the probability of bending and shear failure of solid short pier continuous beam bridge piers using friction pendulum bearings is very low.When the PGA is 0.4g,the probability of minor damage is less than 30%,the probability of moderate damage is less than 10%,and the probability of serious damage and complete damage is less than 2%.The damage of bridge abutment pad stones and mortar cushion layers is not conducive to the rapid recovery of bridge traffic functions,and should be taken seriously in seismic design of bridges.
