摘　　要：调节性B细胞(Breg)为B细胞亚群,其在促进肿瘤免疫、抗肿瘤方面发挥作用。多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是终末期分化的B细胞恶性肿瘤。Breg参与MM的免疫缺陷机制,在MM细胞免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用。笔者拟就MM中Breg表型,Breg与MM疾病状态的关系,Breg在MM中发挥免疫调节功能的机制,MM患者预后预测中的作用,以及作为MM潜在治疗靶点的研究进展进行综述,以期帮助MM的早期诊断和预后评估,以及探索靶向Breg的MM潜在治疗策略。Regulatory B cell(Breg),a subgroup of B cells,plays a role in promoting tumor immunity and anti-tumor.Multiple myeloma(MM)is an end-stage differentiated B-cell malignancy.Breg is involved in the immune deficiency mechanism of MM and plays an important role in immune escape of MM cells.This article reviews research progress on phenotype of Breg in MM,relationship between Breg and disease status of MM,mechanism of immunomodulatory function of Breg in MM,role of Breg in MM prognostic prediction,and a potential therapeutic target of Breg in MM,in order to help early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of MM,and explore potential Breg targeted treatment strategies for MM.
