摘  要:对现有总长为7.5 m的试验叶片(型号:KH30KW)进行分析,将系统简化为两自由度模型,建立动力学方程。通过三相永磁同步电动机(PMSM)带动偏心质量块作圆周旋转运动产生离心力,由变频器进行变频调速控制,对叶片进行激振加载。在传统滑模控制(SMC)里,存在着逆变器开关频率并非恒定、磁链与转矩脉动偏大、低速状况下系统难以精准控制以及因转矩脉动而产生高频噪声等一系列难题,为此,提出使用基于滑模控制的直接转矩控制(DTC-SMC),通过MATLAB建模,设计基于改进滑模的控制的三相PMSM矢量控制系统,搭建MATLAB仿真模型并给出仿真结果。An investigation was carried out regarding an existing experimental blade(KH30KW model)that is 7.5 m in total length.The relevant system was simplified to a two-degree-of-freedom model,and the dynamic equations were subsequently devel⁃oped.A three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was employed to impose the excitation load onto the blade.As a result,the eccentric mass was driven to revolve along a circular trajectory,giving rise to centrifugal force.This centrifugal force was then modulated by a variable frequency drive to make speed adjustments.Given the issues associated with traditional sliding mode control(SMC),such as substantial oscillations in flux and torque,erratic inverter switching frequency,hurdles in achieving precise control at low speeds,as well as high-frequency noise stemming from torque oscillations,a novel direct torque control strategy based on sliding mode control(DTC-SMC)was proposed.Using MATLAB for modeling,a three-phase PMSM vector con⁃trol system was built based on the enhanced SMC,and the corresponding simulation results were provided.
