摘　　要：文章以元宇宙为切入口,借鉴布迪厄“资本—惯习—场域”的实践分析视角,按照“要素—制度—结构”的逻辑对虚拟数字空间中的公共安全风险进行逐层解构,创新性地提出虚拟数字空间的“场域治理”框架。首先,在要素风险治理层面,一是依托零信任安全架构的数据保护,二是围绕用户画像的数字身份控制,三是基于智能合约的数字资产管理,从而实现制度与技术的同构整合。其次,在制度风险治理层面,应基于数字孪生层与数字原生层实行法治的分层治理,同时依托公共理性与道德约束实行德治的柔性治理,进而实现德治与法治的有机融合。最后,在结构风险治理层面,既要规范数据伦理,实现深度学习的伦理转向,又需注重价值敏感设计,实现智能算法的人本转向,最终完成工具理性的价值回归。This article takes the metaverse as a starting point,draws on Bourdieu's practical analytical perspective of"capital-habitus-field",and deconstructs public safety risks in virtual digital spaces layer by layer following the"elements-institutions-structure"logic,innovatively proposing a"field governance"framework for virtual digital spaces.First,at the level of elemental risk governance,three measures are proposed:data protection should be based on a zero-trust security architecture;digital identity control should be centered on user profiling;and digital asset management should be grounded in smart contracts,thereby achieving isomorphic integration of institutions and technologies.Second,at the level of institutional risk governance,hierarchical governance through the rule of law should be implemented based on the digital twin layer and digital native layer,while flexible governance through virtue-based governance should be advanced by leveraging public rationality and moral constraints,ultimately realizing the organic integration of virtue-based governance and law-based governance.Finally,at the level of structural risk governance,it is essential to standardize data ethics to achieve an ethical shift in deep learning,emphasize value-sensitive design to realize a human-centric turn in intelligent algorithms,and ultimately accomplish the value return of instrumental rationality.
