摘　　要：民族地区文旅高质量发展是中国式现代化建设的重要组成部分,关系到铸牢中华民族共同体意识在民族地区工作的主线地位,肩负着民族地区文化振兴与共同富裕的双重任务。新质生产力通过培育数字化人才、整合智能技术、优化产业结构为民族地区文旅高质量发展提供物质动力,夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的物质与精神根基,促进民族间的交往交流交融。然而,民族地区文旅发展面临新质生产力先进性与区域发展滞后性间的结构性失衡,文旅消费升级与传统产品供给单一化的供需错配,以及产业开发与文化保护传承的冲突等现实困境。在实践路径上,需要培育新人才,强化文化保护构建多层次传承体系;融合新科技,利用数字化技术实现统筹文化遗产保护与现代化发展;适应新时代,以民族地区文旅发展保障文化安全工作。The high-quality development of cultural tourism in ethnic regions is a crucial component of Chinese modernization, which is integral to forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in ethnic regions, and shoulders the dual responsibilities of cultural revitalization and common prosperity. From a theoretical perspective, new quality productive forces provide material impetus for the high-quality development of regional cultural tourism by cultivating digital talent, integrating intelligent technologies, and optimizing industrial structures, solidifies the material and spiritual foundations for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and promotes interactions, exchanges and integration among ethnic groups. However, in practice, the development of cultural tourism in ethnic regions faces several challenges, including the structural imbalance between the advanced nature of new quality productive forces and the lagged nature of regional development, the mismatch between the upgrading of cultural tourism consumption and the homogenization of traditional product supply, and the conflict between industrial development and cultural preservation. To address these challenges, it is necessary to cultivate new talent and strengthen cultural preservation to build a multi-level heritage system;integrate new technologies to balance the protection of cultural heritage with modern development through digital means;and adapt to the new era to ensure cultural security through the development of cultural tourism in ethnic regions.
