摘  要:输电导线脱冰会引起导线强烈振动,是输电塔-线体系破坏的主要原因之一。目前对塔-线体系脱冰动力响应的研究忽略了螺栓节点的滑移效应,不能对脱冰时输电线路动力响应进行准确估计。文中建立了考虑螺栓滑移作用的输电塔-线体系数值模型,分析了螺栓滑移效应对导线脱冰引起的输电线路动力响应的影响程度,讨论了脱冰位置、档距和绝缘子长度等参数的影响。结果表明:螺栓滑移效应导致输电塔位移响应明显增大;输电塔脱冰振动响应随着档距、脱冰位置高度、覆冰厚度和脱冰率的增加而增大,随着绝缘子长度和导线初始张力的增大而减小;边档导线脱冰动力响应大于中档导线的脱冰动力响应。Taking the natural rubber isolation bearing with a diameter of 400 mm and the lead rubber isolation bearing as the research object,the compression-shear test of the isolation bearing frozen for 24 hours was carried out at different temperatures(4,-20,-25,-30,-35℃)and different strains(50%,100%,150%,200%,250%).In order to eliminate the influence of loading frequency,the loading process adopts equal rate loading.The test results show that the horizontal equivalent stiffness of the isolation rubber bearing increases with the decrease of temperature and decreases with the increase of shear strain.At the same temperature,when the shear strain reaches a certain degree,the horizontal stiffness of the isolation bearing begins to show a nonlinear growth trend,and the stiffness strengthening effect appears.The initial strain of the stiffness strengthening effect at different temperatures gradually decreases with the decrease of temperature,even lower than 100%shear strain at low temperature.In addition,with the decrease of temperature and the increase of strain,the shear modulus and hysteresis curve area of the isolation bearing are also increasing.Based on the above phenomenon,the existing rubber isolation bearing model can not describe the mechanical behavior of this kind of low temperature well.Therefore,on the basis of the mechanical model of the shear performance of the high damping rubber bearing,the stiffness strengthening at low temperature is proposed.
