摘 要:职业抱负是个体对于选择某种职业的愿望,以及对所选职业的期望和志向,是个体内在的一种激励力量,包括领导能力和成就抱负、继续接受教育的抱负两个方面。护士作为推动护理事业发展的主力军,提高职业抱负水平对于调动护士工作热情、提升护士职业认同感和工作幸福感、降低离职意愿、提高组织绩效具有重要意义。本文综述了护士职业抱负的产生及内涵、护士职业抱负的评估工具、影响因素、以及提升护士职业抱负的策略,旨在为医院管理者促进护理人才队伍建设、推动优质护理服务稳定开展提供参考。Career aspiration is an individual's desire to choose a certain career,as well as the expectation and ambition for the chosen career.It is an inherent motivational force within the individual,including the ambition of leadership and achievement,and the ambition of continuing education.As the main force to promote the development of nursing career,it is of great significance to mobilize nurses'work enthusiasm,enhance nurses'professional identity and work happiness,reduce their willingness to leave and improve organizational performance.This paper summarizes the generation and connotation of nurses'career ambition,the evaluation tools,influencing factors,and the strategies to enhance nurses'career ambition,aiming to provide reference for hospital managers to promote the construction of nursing talent team and the stable development of quality nursing services.
