高空台管网系统流动参数的变化规律与相关性分析

摘  要:针对目前高空台模拟系统将两调节阀间的管道作为1个控制模型致使控制精度低的问题,采用Fluent软件分析了管径、进口段长度、出口段长度和弯头类型对高空台管网系统流动参数的影响。结果表明:管径、进口段长度和弯头类型对流动参数影响较大,管径和进口段长度增加,流动参数变化减小,且45°弯头流动参数变化大于90°弯头。此外,管径增加,进口段突变位置对应的管道长度系数为0.8~0.9,45°弯头出口段突变位置约为0.1,90°弯头出口段突变位置约为0.15~0.27。进口段长度增加,进口段突变位置约为0.35~0.95,45°弯头出口段突变位置约为0.05~0.084,90°弯头出口段突变位置约为0.1。而出口段长度增加,只会影响出口段突变位置,约为0.04~0.44。在此基础上,通过斯皮尔曼相关性分析获得影响进、出口段突变位置的主次顺序为进口段长度>管径>出口段长度>弯头类型,出口段长度>管径>弯头类型>进口段长度。To address the issue of low control accuracy caused by treating the pipeline between two control valves as a single control model in high altitude platform simulation system,the effects of pipe diameter,inlet length,outlet length,and elbow type on the flow parameters of high altitude platform pipeline system were analyzed using Fluent software.It provides theoretical support for the development of high precision control models.The results show that pipe diameter,inlet length,and elbow type have significant effects on the flow parameters.Pipe diameter and inlet length increased,the variation in flow parameters decreased.And the change of flow parameters in 45°elbow pipes was greater than that in 90°elbow.When pipe diameter increased,pipe length coefficient for mutation location in inlet was found to be 0.8~0.9,while mutation location for 45°elbow was approximately 0.1,and for 90°elbow,about 0.15~0.27.When inlet length increased,mutation position of inlet was about 0.35~0.95.The mutation location of the 45 elbow was found to be approximately 0.05~0.084,and for 90°elbow,about 0.1.The increase in the length of outlet would only affect the mutation position of outlet,which was about 0.04~0.44.Based on Spearman correlation analysis,the primary and secondary order affecting mutation position of inlet and outlet is:inlet length>pipe diameter>outlet length>elbow type,inlet length>pipe diameter>elbow type>outlet length.
