摘  要:为克服传统实验仪器价格昂贵、教学需固定场所的问题,采用STM32F103单片机设计了基于MAX038的函数信号发生器,同时运用LabVIEW开发平台设计了一个包含信号源与示波器的虚拟仪器。为了论证设计的正确性和简化设计复杂度,利用Altium Desinger设计印制电路板(PCB)样品板进行硬件测试,完成设计和安装。文中利用上位机软件生成各种常用波形,再将数据通过串行通信口发送到单片机,进而控制MAX038电路输出各种波形的模拟信号。本设计能够产生正弦波、三角波、方波等常用波形,输出频率范围为0至20 MHz,且具有独立的占空比和频率调节功能。实验结果表明该系统产生的波形清晰,频率、相位和幅度稳定。In order to overcome the defects of traditional experimental instruments that are expensive and require a fixed place for teaching,a function signal generator based on MAX038 is designed using the STM32F103 microcontroller,and at the same time,a virtual instrument containing a signal source and an oscilloscope is designed using the LabVIEW development platform.In order to argue the correctness of the design and simplify the complexity of the design,Altium Desinger is utilized to design Printed Circuit Board(PCB)sample boards for hardware testing to complete the design and installation.In the paper,the upper computer software is used to generate a variety of commonly used waveforms,and then send the data to the microcontroller through the serial communication port,which in turn controls the MAX038 circuit to output a variety of waveforms of analog signals.This design can generate sine wave,triangle wave,square wave and other commonly used waveforms,the output frequency range of 0 to 20MHz,and has an independent duty cycle and frequency adjustment.Experimental results show that the system produces clear waveforms with stable frequency,phase and amplitude.
