摘  要:在“热敏电阻温度计的设计与定标”实验中,电桥比率臂上两个电阻的合理选取对实验设计的成败起到了关键作用,它们不仅影响了比较臂电阻的阻值和电源电压,还关系到了热敏电阻功率和定标曲线的线性程度。作者借助于Desmos软件,运用微积分、数形结合等数学思想,确定了比率臂电阻R_(1),R_(2)在热敏电阻最大功率约束下对微安表示数与温度线性关系影响的标准,并获得了相对最优的参数取值。在使用最优参数组合时,电路既满足功率要求,又能使定标曲线的线性程度达到最优,整体设计达到了预期目的。In the experiment of"Design and Calibration of Thermistor Thermometer",the rational selection of the two resistors on the bridge ratio arm plays a crucial role in the success or failure of the experimental design.They affect not only the resistance value of the comparison arm resistor and the power supply voltage,but also the heating power of the thermistor and the linearity of the calibration curve.The author,with the aid of Desmos software and applying mathematical thoughts such as calculus and the combination of numbers and shapes,determined the criterion for the impact of the ratio arm resistance on the linear relationship between the microampere indication and temperature under the constraint of the maximum power of the thermistor,and obtained the relatively optimal parameter values.When using the optimal parameter combination,the circuit not only meets the power requirements but also achieves the optimal linearity of the calibration curve.Therefore,the overall design has reached the expected goal.
