摘 要:该研究以自我决定理论和学习投入理论为理论基础,回顾相关文献提出研究假设:专业认同和学习投入作为影响因素能够对实践创新能力产生影响。通过对天津理工大学研究生实践创新能力培养的现状进行调研分析证实假设成立,且发现其在研究生培养过程中存在研究生培养体系有待完善、产学研合作与成果转化效率有待提高、教学理念未能充分融入创新元素等方面的问题。针对这些问题,该研究从学生、教师、高校层面提出以问题为导向激发学生创新意识、以工匠精神为引领更新培养理念和以“双导师”制度为依托促进产学研深度融合的实践策略,以期为地方高校创新人才培养和教学改革提供镜鉴。This study is grounded in the theoretical frameworks of self-determination theory and learning engagement theory.Based on a review of relevant literature,the study proposes the hypothesis that professional identity and learning engagement,as influencing factors,can impact practical innovation ability.Through a survey and analysis of the current situation regarding the cultivation of practical innovation ability among postgraduates at Tianjin University of Technology,the study confirms that the hypothesis holds true.It also identifies several issues in the postgraduate cultivating process,such as the need for improvements in the graduate cultivating system,the need to enhance the efficiency of industry-university-research collaboration and achievement transformation,and the insufficient integration of innovative elements into teaching concepts,etc.In response to these issues,this study proposes practical strategies from the perspectives of students,teachers,and universities.These strategies include fostering postgraduates’innovation awareness through problem-based approaches,updating teachers’cultivating concepts by promoting their craftsmanship spirit,and leveraging the“dual mentor”system to promote deeper integration of industry,academia,and research.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the cultivation of innovative talents and teaching reforms in local universities.
