摘 要:为降低温湿度对图书馆内纸质馆藏资源的影响,设计基于STM32单片机的图书馆无线温湿度在线监测系统。利用DHT11温湿度传感器分布式采集图书馆温湿度数据,经基于最小二乘的加权方法融合后,通过基于nRF24L01的无线通信模块将数据融合结果传输至主控制器,温湿度控制模块采用模糊PID控制算法,在线调控图书馆的温湿度,确保图书馆温湿度控制在最佳温湿度范围内;一旦温湿度数值存在异常,及时通过报警模块发送报警信息。实验结果显示,该系统可准确检测图书馆古籍阅览室东、南、西、北四个区域的温湿度数据,并利用模糊PID控制器将四个区域的温湿度控制至设定数值,达到馆藏资源保存的理想环境,且控制的响应时间短,超调量小。In order to reduce the influence of temperature and humidity on paper collection resources in library,a wireless temperature and humidity online monitoring system based on STM32 microcontroller is designed.DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor is used for distributed collection of library temperature and humidity data.After fusion by weighted method based on least squares,the data fusion results are transmitted to the main controller through wireless communication module based on nRF24L01.The temperature and humidity control module adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm to regulate the temperature and humidity of the library online.Ensure that the library temperature and humidity are controlled within the optimal humidity range.Once the temperature and humidity value is abnormal,alarm information is sent through the alarm module in time.The experimental results show that the system can accurately detect the temperature and humidity data in the four regions of the ancient books reading room of the library,and use the fuzzy PID controller to set the temperature control values in the four regions,so as to achieve the ideal environment for the preservation of collection resources,and the control response time is short and the overshoot is small.
