摘　　要：本文旨在探讨“和调督任”理论在针刺治疗神志类病中的应用与临床疗效。神志病是指因多种因素导致的精神和心理状态失常,其临床表现多种多样,包括焦虑、抑郁、认知障碍等。传统中医学认为,神志病的病因与病机主要涉及阴阳失调、气血亏虚、脏腑失衡等方面。近年来,以调节督脉和任脉为核心的“和调督任”理论在临床治疗中得到了广泛应用,并显示出显著的疗效。本文从“和调督任”思想的理论基础出发,分析“和调督任”思想在神志病治疗中的具体应用方法和临床实践,结合相关研究加以佐证,以期为神志病的中医病因病机研究及临床治疗提供新的思路。The purpose of this article is to explore the application and clinical efficacy of the theory of“He Tiao Du Ren Method”in the treatment of mental diseases by acupuncture.Mental illness refers to mental and psychological disorders caused by a variety of factors,and its clinical manifestations are diverse,including anxiety,depression,cognitive impairment,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of mental illness mainly involve yin and yang imbalance,qi and blood deficiency,and visceral imbalance.In recent years,the theory of“He Tiao Du Ren Method”with the core of regulating the Du pulse and Ren pulse has been widely used in clinical treatment and has shown significant efficacy.Based on the theoretical basis of the idea of“He Tiao Du Ren Method”,this paper analyzes the specific application methods and clinical practice of“Harmony and Regulation and Tranquility”in the treatment of neurological diseases,and combines relevant studies to support them,in order to provide new ideas for the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of neurological diseases in TCM and clinical treatment.
