摘 要:为了自走式植保机动力分配控制系统能够实时监测车轮工况和采集工况参数,设计了基于车轮转速的动力分配控制系统。首先,搭建了硬件系统平台,硬件系统包含信号检测、中央控制、控制执行3个模块;其次,对软件系统进行设计开发,包括对下位机PLC程序开发和上位机VC++人机界面开发。研究结果表明:通过串口通讯方式对PC-PLC之间进行数据传输,从而实现车轮转速、刹车状态的工况数据监控和数据采集功能,为自走式植保机的实车试验奠定了基础。In order to the self-propelled plant protection machine power distribution control system can monitor the wheel working condition and collect the working condition parameter function in real time,designed the power distribution control system based on wheel speed.Firstly,the hardware system platform was built,the hardware system contained three modules such as signal detection,central control and control execution.Secondly,the software system was designed and developed,the software system included the development of PLC program for the lower computer and VC++human-machine interface for the upper computer.The data transmission between the PC and the PLC through the serial communication method realized the working condition data monitoring and data acquisition functions of the wheel speed and brake status,which laid the foundation for the actual vehicle test of the self-propelled plant protection machine.
