摘  要:肠神经系统(ENS)的改变在便秘的发生和发展中起有关键作用。肠神经细胞缺失或变性被认为是慢性便秘发生的主要原因之一。目前,多数国内外医疗机构对便秘患者ENS的识别、检测仍主要依赖于石蜡包埋的病理切片。然而,即使是主要的ENS缺陷,也很难在人类肠道组织的病理切片中被精确识别。因此,深入研究发掘能够更好展现ENS的新技术是探究便秘发生机制至关重要的一环。本文回顾近20年来ENS定量研究的发展脉络,并对ENS定量计数与各类型便秘的关系进行探讨,以期为探索便秘发生和发展的机制提供帮助。Changes in the enteric nervous system(ENS)play a critical role in the occurrence and development of constipation.The deficiency or degeneration of enteric nerve cells is considered one of the main causes of chronic constipation.Currently,most domestic and foreign medical institutions still mainly rely on paraffin⁃embedded pathological sections for the identification and detection of ENS in patients with constipation.However,even major ENS defects are difficult to be precisely identified in pathological sections of human intestinal tissues.Therefore,in⁃depth research and exploration of new technologies that can better visualize ENS is a crucial step in delving into the pathogenic mechanisms of constipation.This article reviewed the development of quantitative research on ENS in the past two decades and discussed the relationship between ENS quantitative counting and various types of constipation,aiming to provide reference for exploring the mechanism of the occurrence and development of constipation.
