摘　　要：县级水网是省级水网的重要组成部分,是打通水网“最后一公里”的关键,也是提升城乡水利基本公共服务水平的基础通道和“毛细血管”。结合县域客观实际,因地制宜,提出县级水网建设规划工作方法、编制要点、难点和关键点,为全面开展县级水网建设规划编制提供指导依据。A county level water network is an important component of provincial-level water network,is the key to connecting the last kilometer of the water network,and is the basic channel and"capillary"to improve the basic public service level of urban and rural water conservancy.Combined with the actual situation of county,the authors put forward the working methods,key points of compilation,difficulties and key issues of county-level water net-work construction planning,providing guidance for the overall development of county-level water network construc-tion planning.
