摘 要:近年来,黑龙江省新能源装机容量迅速增加,电网迫切需要可以快速跟踪系统负荷变化的调峰电源,抽水蓄能电站是目前技术成熟、经济性较优的电力系统灵活调节电源。本文根据黑龙江电网负荷特性、电源建设规划等资料,以满足电网电力、电量及调峰要求为原则,按不同电源组合进行电力系统生产模拟计算并分析方案的经济性,以确定抽水蓄能合理需求规模,为黑龙江省未来电力发展规划提供参考依据。The installed capacity of new energy in Heilongjiang Province has increased rapidly in recent years.The power grid urgently needs peak load regulating power sources that can quickly track the load change of the system.Pumped storage power station is a flexible regulating power source with mature technology and better economic effi⁃ciency in the current power system.According to the grid load characteristics and power sources construction plan⁃ning of Heilongjiang Province,and following the principle of meeting the requirements of power grid,electricity quantity,and peak load regulating,simulation calculation of power system production was carried out based on dif⁃ferent power source combinations,and the economy of the scheme was analyzed,so as to determine proper demand scale of pumped storage power station,and provide reference basis for the power development planning of Heilongjiang Province.
