摘 要:高校辅导员工作室聚焦于辅导员育人能力的提升与专业化、职业化发展,旨在通过先进典型的示范引领,创新构建全国辅导员学习成长的“共同体”,打造前辈领航、朋辈互助、同行交流的平台。研究基于扎根理论,系统分析了27份共计约15万字的高校辅导员工作室建设经验文本,历经开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码三级编码过程,提炼出涵盖创生基础、建设路径和进阶路向3个主范畴及18个子范畴的理论模型。该模型揭示了辅导员工作室建设的内在逻辑与核心要素,为深化辅导员工作室的理论与实践研究提供了全新视角。University advisor workshops focus on enhancing advisors'educational capacities and fostering their professional and career development.By leveraging exemplary models for demonstration and guidance,these workshops aim to innovatively establish a national community for advisor learning and growth,creating a platform for senior advisors'mentorship,peer mutual assistance,and professional exchange.Utilizing grounded theory,the study systematically analyzed 27 textual documents,totaling approximately 150,000 Chinese characters,on the developmental experiences of university advisor workshops.Through a three-level coding process,which includes open coding,axial coding,and selective coding,distilled a theoretical model comprising three core categories,including foundational prerequisites,construction pathways,and developmental trajectories,with 18 sub-categories.The model reveals the intrinsic logic and key elements of advisor workshop development,offering novel perspectives for deepening theoretical and practical research in this field.
