摘　　要：全国高校辅导员素质能力提升骨干训练营的举办,反映了当前辅导员队伍建设的新指向,对辅导员素质能力提出了新要求,包括把握理论精髓并学以致用的要求、与时俱进修炼核心业务水平的要求、精进数智素养与信息能力的要求、融合发展强化团队协作互助的要求等,未来辅导员提升素质能力应深化思想政治教育态势感知力、构建辅导员素质能力新样态、在教育强国实践中磨砺出彩。The establishment of the national boot camp for enhancing the competencies of university advisors reflects new directions in the professional development of advisors,proposing updated requirements that include mastering theoretical essence and applying knowledge pragmatically,continuously refining core professional competencies to align with evolving demands,advancing digital intelligence literacy and information processing capabilities,and promoting integrated development to strengthen team collaboration and mutual support.To address these imperatives,future competency enhancement strategies should focus on deepening situational awareness in ideological and political education,constructing innovative paradigms for advisor competency frameworks,and cultivating excellence through practical engagement in building an education-powered nation.
