摘 要:来华留学教育的高质量发展是建设教育强国的体现,是推动构建人类命运共同体的内在要求。来华留学研究生的培养是来华留学教育培养的最高层次,对其导学关系的探究有助于提升我国来华留学教育的质量和高度。文章通过对来华攻读学位的理工科留学生导学关系的调研,分析来华留学研究生导学关系现状,基于来华留学研究生与导师之间的导学互动呈现出以学术交流为主要媒介、兼顾情感与文化等隐性交流的互动样态,从学术、情感、文化三维视角剖析了当前来华留学研究生导学关系面临的现实问题及成因,并提出相应对策,为提高来华留学研究生培养质量提供新的思路。The high-quality development of international education in Chin a reflects the nation's commitment to building an education-powered country and serves as an inherent requirement for advancing the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.As the pinnacle of international education in China,the cultivation of international graduate students necessitates an in-depth exploration of their guiding-learning relationships to elevate the quality and sophistication of China's international education.The study investigates the current status of guiding-learning relationships among international graduate students in STEM fields through empirical research.Findings reveal that interactions between advisors and international graduate students predominantly center on academic exchanges as the primary medium,while also incorporating implicit emotional and cultural communication.From academic,emotional,and cultural perspectives,the paper further analyzes practical challenges and underlying causes within these relationships.Corresponding strategies are proposed to provide innovative approaches for enhancing the quality of international graduate education in China.
