摘　　要：信息源是产生情报信息的源泉,在当前复杂信息环境下,海量信息中往往包含着隐藏的价值信息,而管道行业在情报信息源建设上尚未形成完整性管理,因此需要进一步加强管道行业的情报信息资源建设,完善信息源的采集遴选工作。在面向管道行业情报监测与采集的信息源研究的基础上,总结面向管道行业情报监测的信息源特征,提出管道行业信息源谱系,并设计构建信息源的采集与遴选方法流程,提出基于信息源可提供的服务与应用,以实现对信息源的组织管理,为管道行业的高质量信息情报监测与采集提供可靠的信息来源。Information sources are the source of intelligence information.In the current complex information environment,the massive information often contains hidden value information.However,the pipeline industry has not yet formed an integrity management for the construction of intelligence information sources.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the construction of intelligence information resources in the pipeline industry,and improve the collection and selection of information sources.On the basis of the research on information sources for pipeline industry intelligence monitoring and collection,we summarize the characteristics of information sources for pipeline industry intelligence monitoring,put forward the spectrum of information sources in pipeline industry,design and construct the collection and selection method process of information sources,put forward the services and applications that can be provided based on information sources to realize the organisation and management of information sources,and provide reliable information source for highquality information intelligence monitoring and collection in pipeline industry.
