摘 要:鉴于小水电在能源系统中的重要性和潜力,针对小水电的出力特性和调度优化进行研究,以电费收益最大、新能源消纳率最大、负荷峰谷差最小为目标函数,考虑峰谷分时电价、水电及新能源的相关约束条件,构建了小水电-风-光联合系统多目标优化模型。以青海电网为例,考虑各能源地理位置以及新能源条件,设置不同虚拟电厂聚合方案,并设置3种运行策略,评估极高新能源比例下联合系统调控能力。结果表明,通过虚拟电厂聚合调控后,联合发电系统在各典型日的电费收益、新能源消纳率和负荷峰谷差均得到提升改善。研究方法可为小水电群与分布式新能源互补发电的短时长精细化调控提供一种新方法。In view of the importance and potential of small hydropower in the energy system,the output characteristics and scheduling optimization of small hydropower are studied,and a multi-objective optimization model of small hydropower-wind-photovoltaic combined system is constructed with the objective function of maximizing the tariff revenue,maximizing the rate of new energy consumption,and minimizing the difference between the peaks and valleys of loads,and taking into account the peak-valley time-sharing tariff and the constraints related to hydropower and new energy sources.Taking Qinghai Power Grid as an example,different virtual power plant aggregation schemes are set up considering the geographical location of each energy source and new energy source conditions,and three operation strategies are set up to evaluate the regulation capability of the combined system under very high new energy ratio.The results show that after the virtual plant aggregation,the combined generation system s tariff revenue,new energy consumption rate,and load peak-to-valley difference on typical days are all improved.The research method can provide a new method for the short-time and long-time fine regulation of small hydropower group and distributed new energy complementary power generation.
